Annette Kundelius is a Weld County Magistrate, presiding over dependency and neglect matters, domestic relations, and adoptions in Division 2. She was appointed to the 19th Judicial District in January 2019.
For nearly 14 years, Magistrate Kundelius worked as a Deputy Public Defender at the Colorado Public Defender's Office in Greeley.
She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Arizona and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon. She continues to be active in the local community, both as a volunteer and as a member of various boards.
