Lisa brings over four years of courtroom experience as a former prosecutor to the Cossitt Law Firm. She worked closely with adults and children regarding matters of domestic violence. Lisa ensured that victims were treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. She strived to provide victims with knowledge about the criminal process and a voice in all court proceedings. She has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal cases including: motions hearings, plea negotiations, probation revocations, court trials, and jury trials. She has represented the government in over 70 jury trials as the lead attorney.
Lisa was born and raised in Colorado. She is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog, exploring on her bike, and camping in the mountains.
